Future Plans, Planned Projects, Strategic Goals, Upcoming events,
The Anglican Council of Zimbabwe is looking forward to becoming a national Province following the passing on of the Provincial Synod resolution to divide the Church of the Province of Central Africa into National Provinces of Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe. This process may take a while. However, the Anglican Council has three major tasks: (1) The construction of offices and conference centre to be used as Provincial Offices (2) The construction of staff accommodation (3) The establishment of sustainable income generating projects to finance the operations of the office.
Call to Action:
The Anglican Council of Zimbabwe is seeking donations from Church members of the following: (1) A stand in Harare, in any location close to the CBD where offices can be built. (2) A stand or house in any location in Harare that can be used as staff accommodation. (3) Cash to acquire a stand or a house for the establishment of a offices or staff accommodation.
Conclusion
The Anglican Council of Zimbabwe appreciates the support from all Anglican members and partners. The ACZ continues to work towards the growth of the Anglican Church through the preaching of the gospel and bringing more souls to Christ. Further, it seeks to grow the Anglican Church into a sustainable entity that will be an agent of holistic transformation in the community.
